A young Christine Weir in a decorated stroller/baby carriage, with her father Sidney Weir standing behind. This was part of a "baby parade" on Heberton Avenue in Port Richmond, Staten Island, New York. Christine's mother, Christina, pushed the carriage during the parade and they won. SEE ALSO: robb01110.
